About
About Healthspan Review
Healthspan Review is an independent analysis project covering longevity, healthspan, and the science of healthy aging. We synthesize peer-reviewed research, primary trial data on ClinicalTrials.gov, FDA filings, and content from credentialed experts (David Sinclair, Peter Attia, Matthew Walker, Rhonda Patrick, Benjamin Bikman, and others) into plain-language briefings.
How we work
Our content is sourced from peer-reviewed journals, primary trial data, and conversations or recorded content from credentialed experts in metabolic health, sleep medicine, exercise physiology, and the pharmacology of aging.
Where evidence is preliminary, contested, or mechanistically suggestive but not yet clinically validated, we say so directly rather than overclaiming. We cite extensively. Every numeric claim and every named study links to its primary source so readers can verify the data.
We are not your doctor
Nothing on Healthspan Review is medical advice. The content here is for education and discussion. Decisions about medication, supplementation, exercise programming, fasting protocols, or any other health intervention should be made with a qualified physician who knows your medical history and current circumstances.
We are particularly cautious about content involving prescription medications used off-label (rapamycin, metformin, GLP-1 agonists, etc.) — the published evidence in healthy individuals is limited and individual risk varies enormously.
Editorial standards
We do not accept advertising, supplement company sponsorship, affiliate revenue, or political donations. Conflicts of interest are disclosed where they exist.
Errors are corrected promptly and transparently. If you find a mistake or have a methodological objection, please get in touch.
